there may be situations requiring refunds. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds for all
plans offered by AppTesterHub.
- Starter Plan: Ideal for individuals or small projects, includes basic app
testing
services.
- Growth Plan: Perfect for growing businesses, includes advanced testing options
and
priority support.
- Enterprise Plan: For large-scale enterprises, offering comprehensive testing
services
and dedicated account management.
Refund Policy Terms
General Terms
- Refund requests are subject to review and approval by AppTesterHub.
- Refunds are issued only in specific situations as outlined below.
- If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Eligibility for Refunds
1. Starter Plan
- The service has not been initiated within 1 business days after payment.
- A technical issue on our end prevented service delivery.
- Refund requests must be submitted within 3 days of purchase.
2. Growth Plan
- Testing services have not commenced within 1 business days of payment.
- Significant delays or issues caused by AppTesterHub.
- If the customer cancels within the first 3 days, a partial refund may be granted based on the services
already delivered.
- Refund requests must be submitted within 3 days of purchase.
3. Enterprise Plan
- Testing services have not commenced within 1 business days of payment.
- Significant delays or issues caused by AppTesterHub.
- If the customer cancels within the first 3 days, a partial refund may be granted based on the services
already delivered.
- Refund requests must be submitted within 3 days of purchase.
4. AI Policy Audit & Credit Packs
- Pay-Per-Audit: Refunds are NOT available once an Audit Report has been generated, as
this incurs immediate server and API costs.
- Subscription Credits: If a refund is granted for a subscription (Growth/Enterprise),
the value of any used Audit Credits will be deducted from the refund amount at the rate of $9 per
credit.
- Unused Credits: Unused credits are non-refundable and expire with the subscription
period unless stated otherwise.
