- Enterprise Plan: For large-scale enterprises, offering comprehensive testing services

Refund Policy Terms
General Terms
- Refund requests are subject to review and approval by AppTesterHub.
- Refunds are issued only in specific situations as outlined below.
- If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Eligibility for Refunds
1. Starter Plan
- The service has not been initiated within 1 business days after payment.
- A technical issue on our end prevented service delivery.
- Refund requests must be submitted within 3 days of purchase.
2. Growth Plan
- Testing services have not commenced within 1 business days of payment.
- Significant delays or issues caused by AppTesterHub.
- If the customer cancels within the first 3 days, a partial refund may be granted based on the services
already delivered.

- Testing services have not commenced within 1 business days of payment.
